Dennis J. Johnson holds a Masters of Education degree from the University of Idaho in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.  He maintains two professional certifications:

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Disability Management Specialist.  

He has over 25 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Consultant in both the public sector and the private sector.  In that time, he has worked with over 3,000 individuals.  Services have included vocational assessment,  transferable skills analysis, job market research, vocational rehabilitation plan development, job development and placement, evaluation of employability, career counseling for non-disabled, and professional consultation to attorneys, insurers, and others in all of the above areas.  He is approved by the Alaska Department of Labor Workers� Compensation Division as a Rehabilitation Specialist for case assignments in South Central Alaska.  He provides expert witness services to the legal community in matters dealing with personal injury.  He participates in ongoing professional development through seminars and continuing education.

Johnson Human Services is a private, for-profit sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dennis J. Johnson.  Services are generally offered on the basis of a professional hourly rate driven by industry standards.  The current hourly rate is $110.  Certain expenses are billed in addition to the hourly rate, i.e., long distance telephone, travel costs, photocopy costs, cost of specialized testing services, and other costs that may occur in special circumstances.  If necessary, charges can be negotiated on a fee-for-service basis or using another format to accommodate an agency regulation or special customer need.
